The ceremony- entitled "Russian Language: Training. Communication and Cooperation" at the Russian State Language Institute – performed in Pushkin Moscow. Russia's professors, especially members of the network, are present at the university from around the globe.

Dr. Saeedeh Dastamooz, director of the Russian language department at Alzahra University was the only Iranian professor of Russian language in the ceremony. On the sidelines of this conference, she met Ms. Magarita Nikolayuna Rustikaya -the head of the Institute of Pushkin- and presented her a gift from Alzahra University to commemorate them.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Marc Kalinin, the head of the Center for Scientific and Educational Cooperation, also attended the conference. On the sidelines of the opening ceremony, Dr. Dastamooz talked to Mr. Kalinin introducing Alzahra University, and asking them to pay more attention to scientific and educational cooperation with Iranian universities, especially Alzahra University. The conversation with Mr. Kalinin was completed with the donation of the Alzahra University commemorative gift. Workshops on the promotion of special skills for Russian language professors were held at the ceremony, including workshops entitled "Quality of Russian Language Training as a Foreign Language: Standardization and Testing".

 A Part of the ceremony was to visit an exhibition entitled "1917 Year of the Revolution in Russian."

In the following, Dr. Dastamooz met Dr. Viktoria M. Kosteva, Vice-President of the Pushkin Institute for International Affairs, and discussed about the opening ceremony of the Center for Cooperation with the Russian Language Institute of Pushkin on December 11 and 12, 2017, and holding the first test of Russian Standard Language Testing at Alzahra University.
