the 8th general meeting of vice-chancellors, research centers and science and technology parks of the country was held in Alzahra University on March 5th, 2018.

In the morning Dr. Parichehr Hanachi, the manager of International Academic Collaborations of the university, after greeting the guests expressed her desire about collaborating on the international centers' managers of the high level education in Iran. She also hoped the enactment of encouraging policies to support experts of international in universities and international collaborating of universities.

Dr. Kouhian the vice-chancellor of international collaboration center talked about some important international programs with Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Pakistan, India and South Africa. He emphasized on the importance of common international research projects in superior outlook documents. He expressed that there are 4 golden plans:

1.            Execution of joint training courses

2.            implementation of jointed researchers

3.            Joint thesis supervision of PHD

4.            holding workshops and joint seminars.

He also pointed out the possibility of online registration for Iranian and foreign elites.

Dr. Asadi Lari, deputy of ministry of Health and Medical Education, introduced the capacities of Iran university of Medical Sciences.

Dr. Hussein Salar Amoli, deputy of science minister and head of international scientific cooperation center, expressed the aim of enabling international scientific cooperation of Iran universities as reducing the important challenges of globalization of Iran's high education.

Dr. Sarmadi the deputy of foreign minister was the next speaker, he pointed out that research and scientific collaborating is valuable fact and noticed that science diplomacy is a branch of public diplomacy.

 and Dr. Gholami, Minister of Science, Research and Technology said that we have a long way in international scientific interactions and we have to provide some infrastructures. We have some problems in attracting foreign students that causes delay of our universities in this field.

He added that we want to be as one of the goals for foreign students.

Expert conference of the sixth developing plan, international scientific cooperation and the duties of higher education with the management of Dr. Salar Amoli, the head of the center of international scientific cooperation in ministry of science were held in the afternoon.

Dr. Keshmiri the vice chair of science and technology parks of ministry of science pointed out that the main orientation of his field is internationalization of technology companies. He also talked about ministry of communication and information technology projects to develop infrastructures and inviting international big industries with management of scientific research complex of Isfahan. It's is planned to hold IASP 2018 conference in that complex in the current year.

Dr. Rahimi the adviser to the deputy ministry of health in international affairs regarding the importance of internationalization in the 6th developing plan in the field of health and medicine, informed about dividing the medical sciences universities to 10 training macro regions. He added: "with establishing the secretariat of international cooperation of each macro region, the focus of medical sciences university’s communication with specified countries is set. He also said that about one present of medical sciences students are foreigners.

At the end of the conference the deputy minister of science and the head of international scientific cooperation center granted the .......... of the new workgroups:

Industrial university of Sharif: China workgroup

University of Oroumieh: Armenia workgroup

Tarbiat-e Modares university:

Japan workgroup

Mohaghegh-e Ardabili university: Georgia workgroup

The last expert conference with the title of security in international scientific cooperation was hold with the attendance of Representative of the security center in ministry of science. Dr. Sajadi in this conference gave some explanations about the demand of elite participation in solving security problems and discovering intelligence management solutions.
