In pursuance of the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between Alzahra University and Kufa University (2013), and with the invitation of Dr. Abbas Ali al-Faham, head of the Kufa School of Educational Sciences, Dr. Omran Moradlou, Member of the Chemistry Faculty at Alzahra University, participated at the International Scientific Seminar "Towards an environment free of pollution". At the seminar, Dr. Moradlou participated in the lecture presented by Alzahra University, entitled "Prevention of River Pollution by Industrial Waste Based on Practical Experiences".
In the opening ceremony of the seminar, the representative of the head of the University of Kufa, Dr. Mohsen al-Ebadi, thanked the organizers of the seminar and welcomed the representative of Alzahra University, he also emphasized the importance of scientific cooperation with Alzahra University.
This Seminar was held with lectures by Dr. Omran Moradlou from Chemistry Department of Alzahra University , Dr. Khadijeh Jaber Ali from the chemistry group, Dr. Ahlam Kazem Naeem from the Department of Biology, Dr. Saheb Name Abdul Wahed from the Physics Department of the University of Kufa, this seminar continued from May 16th to 18th.
Dr. Moradlou met with the head of the Girls' School of Education at Kufa University, Dr. Abbas Ali al-Faham, Dr. Mohammad Doosh, the cultural assistant of the faculty, and Dr. Jabbar Ebadi Mohammad, the dean of the Faculty of Education, and discussed the continuation of the cooperation. Dr. Moradlou visited the Chemical and Biological Laboratories of the Kufa University and studied the dialogue with the director of the Chemistry and Biology Department at the University and reviewed scientific cooperation.
In the seminar of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Najaf Ashraf, some heads of departments, deputies and university professors, representatives of the health department and the mayor of Najaf attended. At the end, he thanked the presence of the representative of the Alzahra University at the seminar with the presentation of the memorial plaque.
