April 30th to May 2nd, 2015, University of Gilan, Rasht, Iran, hosted a cultural camp for non-Iranian students of Tehran universities in collaboration with the Organization of Non-Iranian Students. Six students from Alzahra University were also introduced by International Academic Collaborations Office to participate in this cultural event.
In the first day of this cultural camp, the students had a visit to the University of Gilan, city of Rasht, and Rural Heritage Museum of Gilan. The program continued in the second day by a visit from Lahijan city which is a tourism hub in northern Iran, students also had a small journey over Lahijan Hill with ropeway, enjoyed boat riding in Lahijan Pool and visited Anzali lagoon. A visit to Masuleh, its unique architecture and lifestyle, museum and traditional bazaar of this historical city were the plans for the third day of this trip.
The cultural camp of non-Iranian students concluded with a closing ceremony in University of Gilan with the presence of Organization of non-Iranian Students officials.
