Dr. Mohammad Javad Dehghani, the Director of Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC) mentioned: “33 universities of Islamic Republic of Iran are now among top 1% Universities worldwide.”

ESI introduces the top 1% Universities and this is done through the total number of citations received in the past 10 years. In the last list published by ESI thirty three Iranian Universities are among the top 1% Universities.
