Dr. Nowroozi, Deputy Assistant to the Iranian Cultural Advisor in Kabul, on Sunday, December 30th, 2018, met at the Alzahra University International Academic Collaboration Affairs with Dr. Hanachi director of IAC at the University, Dr. Kordbache, head of the Committee on Cooperation with Asian countries at Alzahra University, and a number of members of the Working Group, and on cooperation with Afghan universities. Dr. Faqih Malek Marzban, Faculty Member of the Faculty of Literature, who organized the meeting, was present at the meeting.
Dr. Kordbache, after the introduction of the Alzahra University Committee and the Afghanistan Desk Officer, has demonstrated significant potential for academic co-operation with Afghanistan, including the recruitment of a free student in postgraduate studies, and the provision of research and studies in the critical social and educational fields such as Economics in Afghanistan. Also, Dr. Eskandari, the head of the Afghan Desk, proposed to host student tours for selected third-year students of the third and fourth year universities of Afghanistan with the aim of introducing educational facilities at Alzahra University and attracting graduate students to attend.
Dr. Faghih Malek Marzban, referring to the successes of the universities of Mashhad and Sistan and Baluchistan in cooperation with Afghanistan, referred to the holding a conference on management and economics in Sistan and Baluchestan University in early March, with the presence of professors from Afghan universities.She also emphasized the possibility of cooperating with the publishers of the book on issues related to women in light of the good market of Iranian university publications in Afghanistan.
In the end, Dr. Nowroozi considered the presence of the universities of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Afghanistan as a necessity by pointing out the gender gap in Afghanistan and the need for a moderate approach to the Western approach and the traditional patriarchal approach in Afghanistan. Referring to the establishment of the Multi-Purpose Cultural and Artistic Institute in connection with various centers in Afghanistan, he announced his readiness to perform any service in order to enhance the scientific and cultural cooperation of the two countries.
