A memorandum of scientific research collaboration between Alzahra University and Islamic Religious Studies University was signed by the heads of the two universities in order to promote the level of interaction and scientific cooperation on Wednesday, 6th February, 2019. The meeting was held at the Islamic Studies University with attendance of Dr. Mahnaz Mollanazari, the head of Alzahra university, Dr. Parichehr Hanachi, manager of International Academic Collaboration, and Ms. Lobat Derakhshani, Head of Public Relations at Alzahra University; and Hojjat-al-Eslam Mohammad Hossein Mokhtari, Head of the Islamic Religious Studies University and Hojjat-al-Eslam Yahya Jahangiri, CEO of International Collaborations Office, Dr. Daneshpour, the responsible of women department, and Dr. Mousavi, CEO of environmental security of the University.
Dr. Mahnaz Mollanazari stated: "The facilities and capabilities of the Islamic Religious Studies University and outstanding international activities of the university help us in this collaboration and we can take an advantage to introduce the abilities of Iranian Muslim women in science, research and execution to the world." the contribution of the two universities in order to publish a specialized scientific journal in English was also emphasized.
Hojjat-al-Eslam Mokhtari, head of the Islamic Religious Studies University, referred to the capabilities of the Alzahra University, especially two centers of Azfa and the center of Pushkin, which will be a great opportunity to start collaboration in order to teach Persian language to international students who study in the Islamic Religious Studies University and teach Russian language to Iranian students and professors in Islamic Religious Studies University.
