Al-Zahra University after performing two periods of Arabic language test (al-Zahra-Al-Tanal) and providing documentation to the Ministry of Science and Technology of Iran's Ministry of Science and Technology Planning Management, as well as a detailed presentation of the two tests held in the Arabic Language Planning Committee succeeded to obtain The license to conduct the Arabic language test up to 1400.

Two Arabic language test exams under the direction of Dr. Batul Meshkinfam, representative of the Al-Tanal Institute at Al-Zahra University, with enthusiasm of Arabic language students at graduate level from Al-Zahra, Tarbiat Modares, Allameh Tabatabai and Kharazmi universities, was held in December and January 2019 in Al-Zahra University. The Arabic language competence test consists of four main skills of reading, writing, listening, and speaking. An international certificate of the Arabic language of Al-Tenal will be given to them after the success of the participants in test by the Al-Tanal al-Arabic center in Jordan.

The Memorandum of Cooperation between Al-Zahra University and Al-Tanal Al-Arabic University was signed at Al-Zahra University on Oct. 17, 2017, at the Al-Zahra University, with the representative of the Organization for Assessment of Education of the country and the officials of the Al-Zahra University, signed by Dr. Mahnaz Mollanazeri, head of the Al-Zahra University and Dr. Mustafa Zahedi, head of the Al-Tanal Al-Arabic center in Jordan. The Al-Tanal Al-Arabic Center is one of the most experienced Arabic language test centers in the world, endorsed by the Arab League, Elisco, the Arabic International Council for Arabic Studies, and the Jordanian Ministry of Higher Education. The center has already signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministry of Higher Education of Palestine, Egypt, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Yemen, Lebanon, Iraq, Kurdistan, Iraq, Norway, and Turkey. Al-Tanal Al-Arabic Center is also a member of the European Language Testing Association (ALTE). According to the memorandum, the Al-Zahra University is the exclusive representative of the Al-Tanal Al-Arabic Center in Iran, which is partnering with Al-Tanal Al-Arabic Center in conducting Arabic language tests online and holding advanced Arabic language courses.
