On Thursday, June 26, 2019, Dr. Nemat Jafari, Head of the Division for Advanced Clinical Psychiatry and professor of Psychiatry at Poitiers-France University, delivered a lecture on "Violence Against Women and Its Outcomes" by Managing International Academic Collaboration and co-operation of Faculty of Education and Psychology, was held at the Alzahra University.

The lecture focused on issues such as the types of violence against women and examples of studies conducted at the University of Poitiers in France to facilitate the psychological treatment of women who have been subjected to violence. There were also strategies for implementing new therapies for teachers and students.

The workshop was welcomed by many students and professors, and it will pave the way for the start of international collaborations with the University of Poitiers in France.
